Not much participants as before but was a light hearted sharing session by Kang qi and friend on their album. I can say its an album where I like ALL the songs. Something I find rather rare nowadays. The rarest part is its a collection of songs with meanings. At least it did arose me to think deeper into the meanings of the lyrics.

The rythmns are catchy and it also gives a kinda youthful campus feel. Songs are perfect for small gatherings where someone just plays the guitar and the rest just sing along. The audience is a little tense for the mood I guess. If there is a weekend noon session where "works" are thrown aside, i believe the feel will be perfect.

From the session I found the reason why I prefer buddhist songs then other commercial songs or even other religious hymns :) All songs sings about love and most songs talk about love that's inward. A love that someone gave or b'cos of someone's love. It is always about love that's directed to ourselves. Buddhist songs usually spreads the love from within to outwards. It always about caring and loving others where there is no specific others. I call in the un-conditional love generation.

Singing is not about singing it as professionally but in the most sincerest way touches the most :)

Love that is expected to get comes greed, hatred and delusion. But love that's spreading outwards with equanimity needs no designated recepients and we can just keep spreading it out, selflessly :)

Ya to add on! The little note that CH wants us to write on what we always want to tell ourselves. I didn't write any because my chinese is bad. But in mind, I just want to say, "All man are good man." or at least innately good. There is a saying, this world has more good people. Because the good will just be good but the bad willl still feel remorse for doing bad and leads them to good. Unless under unfavorable conditions, everyone just wants to make friends and utters only well wishes for each other :)
