Desires

One day a wealthy lady wish to get some necklace for her daughter's wedding. The salesman decides to show her his most valuable possessions in the shop's safe. The salesman, hoping to get the deal even offered free escort to her house making sure the jewelry land safely at the wealthy lady's house.

After seeing the jewelry and appreciating its rare beauty decided to put it down and went off.

The jewelry comparing to her fortune is nothing. But she knew that buying the jewelry will only be transferring the jewelry from the shop's safe to her own safe. So she just stop at admiring.

In our everyday chores, it is inevitable that we found something we like, beautiful and rare. But if we indulge in our sense pleasure and react to all desires, we are just mere puppets to our senses. With no self control, things go wrong and we perish. And most often, we are not the only affected person.

We all have our own sets of belief and wants. Pursuing our desires without wisdom is like a hamster running up and down the track. The only result is tired and fruitless pursue. It is not about losing interest in all mundane matters but looking at things with wisdom and decide what's to be done.
